This can be use for floor temperature sensing or for air temperature sensing (with or without the use of a sensor housing)
If required this product can be extended to 20 meters (extension cable not supplied).
For floor sensing applications, the cable should be used in conduit and the end blanked off so that should the cable fail it can be easily replaced.

Designed to connect directly to your room thermostat, this essential component is installed within the floor structure to continuously and accurately monitor the exact surface temperature of your flooring. Using a floor probe is particularly crucial for electric underfloor heating setups and temperature-sensitive floor finishes like engineered wood, laminate, or luxury vinyl tiles (LVT), as it allows the thermostat to automatically limit the heat output and prevent the floor from exceeding safe temperatures (typically 27°C).
